Information You Send
Search terms
Submitting the search form places the first name, last name, and selected state in the address of this site's report-builder page, where those values appear on screen. The form does not send them to an outside provider at that step, but a web host may record the request URL in ordinary access logs. If a visitor chooses a full-report link, the name and state are included in the link to TruthFinder, which then handles them under its own privacy terms.
Messages to the site
This build does not list a site-owned email address or message form. The Contact Us page routes public-record questions to the government office or publisher that holds the record; those routes do not send a message to this site's operator. Do not send sensitive personal details to an unrelated records office.
Technical Data and Cookies
The web host and services that deliver a page may record request details needed to serve it, such as:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on each
- Referring page or website, when available
- Date and time of the request
Cookies
The site's search form does not rely on cookies to pass its fields to the report-builder page. An outside service reached through a link may use cookies or similar tools under its own policy. Browser controls can block or clear cookies, though a destination service may respond differently when they are disabled.
How Information Is Used
The search fields are used to display the submitted name and state on the report-builder page and to create an optional link to the outside search partner. The site may also use basic request details to keep its pages available and diagnose service faults. Any referral tracking that occurs after a visitor follows the partner link is controlled by that outside service.
The county, court, and corrections links are there to help locate the office that holds an official record. A roster entry or booking image is not a court finding.
Outside Links and Idaho Public Records
Links may lead to county rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, other Idaho county sites, or outside search services. The search-partner link can carry the name and state entered in the form. Once a visitor follows it, the destination's privacy rules govern its handling of those details. The same applies when a visitor opens a government record page or other outside link.
The Idaho Public Records Act, Idaho Code Title 74, Chapter 1, governs public access to government records and includes exemptions. A record held by an agency is not automatically copied here. This site has no photo gallery, does not reproduce live roster faces, and does not knowingly publish juvenile or sealed material.
A public record may still contain sensitive details. The official custodian decides what to release, redact, or withhold under the law that applies to that record.
Who May Receive Data
The site does not itself sell or rent information submitted through the search form. Data may be handled by the following parties:
- Search partners that receive queries entered in their tools
- The web host and page-delivery services
- TruthFinder, if a visitor follows a full-report link
- A government body acting under a valid legal requirement
Safeguarding Information
The site does not publish a guarantee about the safeguards used by its web host or outside partner. No internet-connected service can promise perfect security. Visitors should send only the details needed for a request and should use the outside provider's own privacy contacts for data it holds.
Visitors Under 18
The material concerns arrest and custody records and is intended for adults. The site does not provide an age-verification step. A parent or guardian with a concern about information sent to an outside provider should contact that provider directly.
Requests About Your Data
Depending on the information involved and applicable law, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal data held by the site
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Have eligible information erased
- Opt out of certain data uses or processing
Send a request to the party that holds the information. For details sent through a full-report link, use TruthFinder's privacy contact. For a government record, use its agency or court custodian. This site currently lists no operator email or data-request form; the Contact Us page routes official-record questions and is not a private site-contact channel.
