What the Site Provides
This site is an independent directory and reference. It stores no official booking, jail, warrant, or court files, and it cannot confirm custody, secure a release, or file a document for anyone.
It points readers toward county sources and statewide routes, including the Idaho Department of Correction and the courts. Public records held by Idaho agencies are governed by the Idaho Public Records Act, Idaho Code Title 74, Chapter 1, including its exemptions. That law does not make this site the custodian of an agency’s record.
